Today is Ian’s last in our labs. He is now a senior research scientist at AnaBios in San Diego.
Yihe Huang will start his own lab soon. First PI trained in our labs. Congrats Yihe!
Today is Yihe’s last day in our labs, and tomorrow he will become an assistant professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He will stay in our labs for another month or two before relocating to Lincoln.
Zheng Ruan is awarded a K99 Pathway to Independence Award from NINDS! Congrats!
He will stay in our labs for another year before starting his own independent lab.

Xinyu Ye will soon join the Van Andel Institute Graduate School, so we are fortunate to have Garrett O’Dea and Chase Benasco join our labs as assistant research technicians in May 2022. After a short stay, Chase decided to join Spectrum Health to gain some clinical experience, as he felt that an MD would be a better fit for him.
